The brand DNA is all about amplifying the ordinary, and Pine-Sol’s latest challenge was to attract a younger generation while still carrying its legacy into the digital era. Another important goal was raising awareness of the products’ super powers: it is a true multi-surface / versatile product, yet many consumers didn’t know how it really does work on most surfaces and occasions! Based on these initial needs, our team at Fluid began work on a strategic roadmap that would include a website redesign, the implementation of new content, and analytic services that would help us quantify our success. The results showed a 600% improvement by dramatically increasing web traffic in combination with the amount of time spent on key pages. Also, based on ForeSee survey results, the website now indexes higher in costumer satisfaction than ever before.
